Early memories made (July 2020)
Our next adventure together started on July 1, 2020, at SingleSpeed Brewing Company in Waterloo (Iowa). I don’t remember the brews that we drank, but I do distinctly remember the Thai Peanut Butter and Raspberry Chipotle Fries that we had which were unbelievably delicious (I’m still a little miffed that they took them off the menu) and Not So Hidden Valley Cauliflower.
Then we hit it hard for the Fourth of July weekend. On July 3, we road-tripped to Cedar Rapids (Iowa). We visited Iowa Brewing Company, Lion Bridge Brewing Company, Clocktower Brewing and Thew Brewing with a visit to Fong’s Pizza for their amazing Crab Rangoon Pizza.

July 4 was pretty low-key and we went out for a drive to the Sac and Fox outlook near Steamboat Rock (Iowa) and a fire in the backyard that evening.
On July 5, we ventured out to discover Franklin Street Brewing in Manchester (Iowa). This is where Lars purchased our first Hops Passport, and we received our first stamp and two half price beers.

We traveled a bit further down the road and found Textile Brewing Company in Dyersville (Iowa). While in Dyersville, we had to make the touristy stop at the movie-famed Field of Dreams.
